Usually behind the scenes, this is Doug's second film outside of college where he has only acted. Most recently he co-starred as private John Flannery in a Civil War short film “War Within” which he also wrote and helped produce and was directed by his twin brother. He is currently training to be stuntman under his coach Scott Hoffman.

 

Other recent acting credits include the lead mugger in the Independent feature “Cheer Team”, a character of the same in the web series “After Us”, and a gunman in the short “Die by the Gun”. He also recently acted his way out of getting a ticket.

   

He attended Five Towns College in Dix Hills Long Island from 2005-2009 studying film making. He took a class called Acting for Camera and acted in numerous student projects during his stint there, but was mostly involved in crew positions. It was there he found his interest in Martial Arts and Stunts although it would take several years for it to become his career choice and passion.

 

He has done some plays through Summer Theater Connection; most notably he and his twin brother were cast as the two twin lost boys in a production of Peter Pan.
